[Inkscape-devel] cancelling an extension won't work

Hi,

When you call a dialog of the last used extension, change or don't change settings and click "Cancel", extension still runs and produces output. Reproducible at least with Spirograph, Gear, L-Systems, Graph Plotter.

By the way, do we want to bind some keyboard shortcut to "Previous Effect Settings..."?
