[Inkscape-devel] LaTeX formulas on win32

I suppose i have all the dependencies on my box (latex, dvips, pstoedit) but this functionality does not appear in the effects menu. Any hints?

I'm using 0.42.1-1 and have also a separate python interpreter. Some other extensions using python work fine.
