I am not familiar with Ip:inkscape-devlibs64 project. Can you tell me how to share my environment there?
I think Adib was talking about sharing your environment in a new LP project.
However, I have a better idea: I can add you to the Inkscape Developers team. Then you will be able to push a Bazaar branch containing your build environment to:
lp:~inkscape.dev/inkscape-devlibs/devlibs-64bit
I will then register this as a series.
