[Inkscape-devel] Hello from Windows land.

Hi, When I was browsing the Project Status page on inkscape.org, I noticed the call for Windows developers. I don't have much free time, but I'm willing to contribute a bugfix here and there to my favorite piece of software. I've checked out the CVS, but am still setting things up to compile. Once I get things running, where is a good place to start hacking?

Also, assuming I create a patch for some problem, where do I send it?
