[Inkscape-devel] Inkscape bitmap question

Hi all

I stumbled upon a few issues during the translation of the tips tutorial. In the preferences you'll find the option "Resolution for Create Bitmap Copy:" in the Bitmaps tab. It does not seem to be related to the "Bitmap export" dialog... so to what feature is this option relating to? Secondly, the tips tutorial refers to an option for "always importing bitmaps as pattern-filled rectangles" in the Misc tab. However, this option is not present in either the misc, nor the Bitmaps tab in the Preferences. Hence, I'd like to know where to find the option so I can update the tips tutorial.
