I just wanted to point out this must be an exception rather than the rule, as my Wacom Intuos3 and mouse is working fine with build 30 Sept.

Tiresome, isn't it?

Myself and at least one other user have reported this problem, but have had no responses from the gurus. I guess it's a 'feature' of Inkscape!
