[Inkscape-devel] Open/Save dialogs

Hey,

I changed the open and save dialogs so that they have listings of all the extensions that are available to be saved with. Unfortunately, I don't have a win32 system to put the changes over there. I think that I have ported over the API changes (so it should build) - but not the code. Can someone port the changed code? I guess someone should also make sure that I didn't screw up the build too :)
