My vote to this one http://needcoffee.deviantart.com/art/Inkscape-0-46-About-Screen-73478652 as the 3d tool looks the most appealing (the contest winner should expose new features, as somebody mentioned here :) ).
My second vote would go to the http://valessiobrito.info/projetos/inkscape/about46/InkAbout46.png because there is shown how the uber-feature of smudging vectors has been used. Both of these of course are pleasant to the eye. Good work.
