I accidentally committed an addition of `#include "common-style.h"', so I hurriedly committed the addition of that file (and its .cpp), not noticing its need for fill-or-stroke.h to be also added.

Also means I haven't yet checked that I really want to commit the addition of those new files. I'd like to have checked with bulia, as it was a modification of a recent commit of his. Oh well, the commit fixes a bug, so hopefully we're still better off.
