From the small number of commercial print jobs I've done, I'd like spot color support. It wouldn't even need to look exactly like the final product, on screen color wise, it would just useful to be able to manage colors as "shades of black", and "shades of some green I'll pick when I go to the printer", and to be able to produce the required separations.
