[Inkscape-devel] patch test, causing crashes for another tester, not me

I wrote up the following patch: https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/1169123

And a user on IRC said they have a crash when adding a filter, I have no such crash and was wondering if someone could possibly shed some light on this.
