So, are you saying this mysterious bug depends on _shape_, too? :)

However, in the attached file, the path is 10px in size but its blur is 44.1% - how did you manage to set it, if it snaps to 10% increments as you say?

(needless to say, I can set any amount of blur to any of these two objects)
