[Inkscape-devel] Update spanish translation

Hi there, I attached an update es.po.

I'd like to do a full revision of this file to see if the translations are correct in their context. For this purpose I would need to compile the cvs version of inkscape. What other packages do I need? I haven't compiled inkscape from cvs since pre-0.39.
