I think we should only list fixes for bugs that are well known and often reported, such as the Windows drag-beyond-window freeze. Others may go without mentioning.

One bug I fixed this morning was one that had really annoyed me for a while. (I think I must be unlucky to see it so much.) I added that:

Object handles no longer accidentally "snag" on the mouse.

this was bug 988513.
