I confirm that I've installed the dev libs（The latest version）. The file gtkmm-2.4.pc exist at all in C:\devlibs\lib\pkgconfig\ . Before running btool, I run mingwenv.bat.

We will need more information to troubleshoot, so please try to be as verbose as possible. So first of all, please confirm that you've installed the dev libs. Secondly, does the file gtkmm-2.4.pc exist at all in C:\devlibs\lib\pkgconfig\ ? Before running btool, did you run mingwenv.bat?
