Hi all,

The Paris hackfest is a go with board approval and a confirmed host
(thanks Mc!).

The hackfest dates are June 27th through July 1st. The first four days
will be for hacking with a meeting with local Inkscape users on the
fifth day (TBA).

The hackfest will take place at Carrefour Numérique². This is a
Fablab/hackerspace located inside Paris's excellent modern science
museum. They use Inkscape all the time (and love it!).

Everyone in the Inkscape community is invited to attend! Financial
support is available to Inkscape developers based on the number of
years activity and number of commits to the source code. Support for
others active in the Inkscape community (translators, documenters,
