Sorry, we've had no power at the office for two days... it literally just came back up.
I have been trying to contact him for a week, he is MIA. I think that as of this point we really just need to award it to the second place entry if we can get a hold of them.
Please let me know if this is okay with you guys (Anarres has been away from da for over a week and hasn't responded to emails or IMs either).
