We need to do something, of the last 1000 changes yesterday over 550

were me blocking spam accounts or deleting spam pages, pretty much all

the rest were spam acc sign ups. we may as well not have a public

registration page for all the good its doing us.

AFAIK our website & wiki admin is Ian Caldwell, who can be reached at
inchosting@...400..., but he doesn't have a lot of time to do
anything. Maybe we could negotiate with him to give one of our people
higher access to the website & wiki server.
