I'm a very satisfied user of Inkscape. I use MAC OS and passing from snow leopard to Lion OS I've found a problem of some file visualization. It happens that exported files in Pdf from Inkscape, if I use some gradient, this gradient is not well displayed on Anteprima software on Mac running Lion, while it is well displayed in Snow Leopard OS. Also the pdf files are well displayed on Acrobat Reader in both Snow Leopard and Lion. I've already reported the bug to the MAC people but I would like also to tell this to you if you have any solution also to suggest to the MAC people. Of course I can send every kind of example, screenshots and files also.
