Or you could open the GPL file in any good spreadsheet. The palette file it is a list of Tab Seperated Values (TSV).
Yes of course, I could also copy paste them directly in the text file to reorder them, but from a creative point of view it is probably easier and more appropriate to actually drag a square of color rather than a piece of text.
I was thinking in terms of a spreadsheet being very useful for sorting the list into a regular order. Sorry if i was pointing out the obvious.
