Hi
I have attached my proposal. I know it is not very elaborate because it is my first time that I am working for open source project and of course there are lot of libraries I need to know about. Even if I don't get selected, still I will put my efforts to improve Inkscape as much as I can. Also I have made this proposal during peak duration of my exams preparation, if I had made any mistake in proposal I am sorry for that.
