[Inkscape-devel] NEW: "No Filters" view mode

By popular request (and personal need) I've added an additional view mode which lies between "Outline" and "Normal"; objects retain their normal appearance except that filter effects are not applied.

This is most useful when interactively drawing in complex documents and leaving filters enabled would harm responsiveness too much. Editing or tweaking existing paths is still often best done in "Outline" mode.
