[Inkscape-devel] commercial work on Inkscape may be needed

i'm back with my idea. I already told that somebody contacted me to customized Gimp. But after some more explanations, i think Inkscape could win many things of the project and that it matches some actual development. At first glance, only one thing would be hard.
