Hi Maren!
You are ok, I meet interesting people in LGM and I'm happy with it. Is a great oportunity to grow myself. (4Kg up;)
- That sounds like a lot :) Great!
Also I say currently you can't do a link of svg files you only can editing the SVG outside Inkscape or throught XMLInspector.
The work we done finally view more light tonight, here are a preview: https://inkscape.org/en/~jabiertxof/%E2%98%85image-of-svg-inside-a- svg- at-300dpi
- Thanks for the link :) Now I get it. It's already a huge
improvement to be able to indicate the dpi for linked svgs (people have been linking them via XML editor - it's usually the technical people who need this feature, so they figured out how to do it without GUI :) ).

Thanks to xaviju for the idea, Tavmjong, Mc and specialy Ede_123 who give me a 5 min way to do the work I spend a lot of hours. Now going to continue the work, anyway a SVG inside a image tag are rendered as bitmap image but you can set in preferences the DPI you want to it.
Web browsers link it as SVG and not sure jet how work PDF and others exporters.
Thanks for the feedback!

Hi Jabier,
cool - I've only yesterday had to answer someone that SVGs are rasterized when included via <img> tag, and that that's just how it is currently.
People will be happy to know that this will work better soon!
Anyway, I hope you had some fun, too, and learnt a lot of new things and met a lot of interesting people while you were there :) It's not all about the code.
Thanks for travelling there to make Inkscape better!
