Here is a link on NSIS wiki how to embed installers:

http://nsis.sourceforge.net/Embedding_other_installers

Also when Inkscape release is scheduled? i.e. how much time we have for fixing and testing?
May be we can preparing UniConvertor 1.1.6 for better integration with Inkscape 0.48

This is the best solution, provided our installer launches something
like a silent UC installer (installers that visibly launch other
installers are a nightmare w/ end users from my IT work... average users
get confused and frustrated easily).

Chris, do you know enough NSIS-fu to be able to achieve something like
this? (that and are you able to possibly look into this anytime soon?)

Side note, UC externally is awesome for context-menu goodness. It gives
normal people the magic of something like cli power for simple format
conversion without opening Inkscape.
