Yeah, we should probably pin these down specifically. I'll doublecheck my notes but offhand I think Jabier's right.
pre1.0 ? 1.0pre? Would be shorter, but not sure if it's the right choice.

Let's reserve 'pre' for the practice releases for alpha and beta, sort of like we've typically done in the past. They'll not be long lived, and hopefully we won't need more than 2-3 each.
