Where's Alan? IIRC there is some terribly important user interface guideline that says top level menus should be named with verbs or at least not plural or some such. Though as I look above I see Options and Tools in this very window. Anyway if we're going to rename we should at the very least contemplate Alan.
Also didn't Ted want the Effects or Extensions menu to disappear completely being absorbed into other menus as things fit properly?
