[Inkscape-devel] Expand svg standard to include CMYK color model.

If the proposed new standard were to include the CMYK color model as an alternate to RGB , and Inkscape were modified to include it, then the potential for using Inkscape in publishing work would be expanded.

ImageMagick will convert from one color model to another but it appears that ImageMagick also converts to a bitmap format as a byproduct.
