So.. we can call the project: UI improvements??

With:

* Menu and Toolbar files (To make customizable interfaces) (May be with configuration dialog?)
* Docks saving between sessions (What is exactly the idea of this?)
* Tabs Grouping (Multipe files editing or gruping toolbar icons in tabs?)
