Some change recently in compiler flags on Windows build, now seeing at r12816

cc1.exe: warning: command line option '-Woverloaded-virtual' is valid for C++/ObjC++ but not for C [enabled by default]

cc : compile src/libuemf/uemf_endian.c (src/libuemf/uemf.h modified)
