[Inkscape-devel] ruler lpe

Hi all,

I just made the ruler lpe official. I also added a "unit" parameter: Reading the svn history, I discovered there was one long time ago, that mysteriously desappaered... Please review this and if there is something wrong with this addition, please let me know!
