Hmm, looks a lot like a cross between Toon Boom Studio and Macromedia Flash. Having used both for animation work, Toon Boom's model is a lot better in many ways, and it looks like they've captured many of the best parts.
However, it looks like they used Flash's much inferior "camera" model. .. that almost makes me want to cry. Flash's way of doing things is maddening for nontrivial (i.e. not "squish-and-rotate") animation.
I do think KToon/Toon Boom (and to a much lesser extent Flash) is a reasonable model for animation UI, at any rate. Thanks for bringing this to our attention!
