I've had people apply before and been able to approve them. If you send me an email or hit me up on irc explaining how to change this over. also I was confused on where the name would be used. personally launchpad can be quite cumbersome at times.
I'm looking at those .rst files and feeling kinda puzzled.
Is there a reference for markup? Do we have naming conventions for files?
