[Inkscape-devel] Windows Properties > Start in "C:\Program Files\Inkscape\etc"

Hi Friends, A recent post in the forum asks why \etc should be the Start In location for Inkscape installed on Windows.

Pretty much everything is already said in that topic, so I won't make so much noise repeating it. But I'll be glad to relay the answer, in case whoever has the answer isn't a forum member :-)
