[Inkscape-devel] http://www.ufowebfactory.net/ seems to be having a problem

http://www.ufowebfactory.net/download/free-svg_en.htm responds: CakePHP Rapid Development Missing controller You are seeing this error because controller DownloadController could not be found.

Fatal: Create the class below in file : app/controllers/download_controller.php

I'll be commenting out the reference in http://wiki.inkscape.org/wiki/index.php/Galleries unless someone can tell me who to contact to fix the site.
