Can we drop this old dialog now?  It has effectively been deprecated for the last couple of releases and I don't think it has any functionality that hasn't been replaced by GradientToolbar.

I'm currently migrating the PaintSelector and friends to C++ so I'd prefer to kill the old dialog at this stage rather than maintain it!
