Hi Chris,
I saw your svn commit 22142 where you changed the inkscape.nsi.
But you (however) changed in inkscape/inkscape.nsi and not in inkscape/packaging/win32/inkscape.nsi inkscape.nsi is just a placejolder an can be removed in my opinion.
please check.
