I'm not sure where the bug is here. See, the filters are putting the name into the XML file, and the editor is just using that name. But, theoretically a user could change that name, and we wouldn't want to localize it if a user changed it to something that happened to be translated.
It seems like when we use a filter, we should be putting the translated name into the XML file. Does that make sense to everyone?
