In the current CVS, 'inkview *.svg' shows all SVG files on top of each

I have a fix for this involving view/desktop/svg-view.h, so this means recompile for many files. Therefore I want to grab the opportunity and work some more on the Desktop reorg (no complicated changes), committing a few days later.
