I uploaded win32 files. I also reuploaded the source files from launchpad but I do not know how to create the foo.asc files. Probably the checksums.

The last bug was fixed in the Windows devlibs, so I tagged the 0.48.5 release and posted the tarballs to Launchpad. They should be available for download now.
