Btw, about layers dialog, it would be handy to have a button there to move the selection up or down one layer (or to another layer you would select or whatever, but something that let you move the selection around).

Since we are talking about dialogs :)

Mental, a while back you added a tab to Layers dialog that says
"Layers". It's the only tab there. Are you planning to add some
functionality to the dialog for 0.47? If not, maybe it would be wise
to revert this change? As it is now, the dialog doesn't look like the
rest of the dialogs.
