Hi,
some download links on inkscape.org/download/ are defective (i.e. http://downloads.sourceforge.net/inkscape/Inkscape-0.46.win32.exe instead of http://downloads.sourceforge.net/inkscape/inkscape-0.46.win32.exe). Same goes for the win 7zip download. Didn't check the others.
