[Inkscape-devel] Clamwin is flagging the 0.46 installer as infected....

Hi Guys, a user on the inkscapeforum has reported that clamwin is finding Trojan.Downloader-65039 in the 0.46 installer from sourceforge. I downloaded and installed clamwin and used it to check a fresh download and can confirm it flagging it. Any suggestions on what to do with it?
