Yes I agree that the cmyk colour picker in the fill and stroke dialog is misleading.
once supported, it would be best to provide a global context for cmyk params to be switched to in the fill and stroke dialog...
unfortunately that day is not today. I'd like to encourage anyone work towards this aim
