Just an update on our current progress. The replay of the binlogs are still going and we seem to be about 55% the way through. I'm not entirely sure when it will finish but I'm hoping sometime this afternoon at the current rate and then we can finally start the restores.

We ran into a few issues importing the largest db from backups, but it has now finishes and we have moved on to replaying the binary logs. The replay of the logs is going significantly faster. We hope to begin restoring databases into production around 0600 PDT (1300 UTC).
