This allow to lock a guide in the guide dialog. This is part of a future work using gides. In my mind I want to link optionaly a guide to a item or maybe more than one. If this guide is linked, only show if the element/s is selected.  Any one think is a bad idea because it add a extra level of complexity on guide usage to the benefits it have? Anyway is not a blocking thing to my proyect but it benefits a lot of it.

If any one is interested in the secret proyect, is a LPE applied to groups, this lpe lock for the crossing guides and slice the content of the group into sliced subgroups.
