Hopefully we can get most developers to be a part of that meeting, as it is scheduled for Fri Feb 27 19:00:00 UTC 2004 (or, date --date='2004-02-27 11:00 PST' --utc from my commandline)

FYI...Check out the notes and add/remove from what is posted. MRDOCS, have you coordinated everything with the Scribus folks?
