in gimp shortcuts are shown as Ctrl-F and Shift-Ctrl-F (for what now in inkscape is Ctrl-f and Ctrl-F, respectively) - i think that's also a gnome standard. in KDE the standard is for example Ctrl-Shift-F. i must also admit that when i saw inkscape shortcuts in menus for the first time i was confused, that's why imho ot would be better to switch to gnome standard shortcut names. oops.small update. i've just checked current inkscape tarball and shortcuts names are like Ctrl-Shift-k. i don't understand why "k" is not a capital letter - i think it should be.

OK, since I was going to add an optional Emacs mode for keybindings, I will change this so that it shows e.g. "Ctrl+Alt+M" in the default mode and "C-M-m" in Emacs mode :)
