[UI] Lock Guides Button placement
Hi,
If the rulers are hidden, the Lock Guides toggle button disappears. Is there a better place to put the Lock Guides toggle button?
It could be put at the bottom, under the vertical ruler and treated like the "Zoom is window resizes" toggle button" (the little button with a '1' in it above the vertical scroll bar).

When the guides are hidden, can you still make new guides? I think the idea is that the lock button is functional kin to guide creation and the same loss of functionality should be observed.

Yes, by grabbing the very limit between the canvas and the toolbars (a couple of pixels at most). Since the lock/unlock guides feature is also available from the Edit menu I don't miss the toggle button (I never have rulers on).
