Wacom Enabled = Mouse Wheel Scrolling Broken?
Hi,
Has anybody else noticed that in v0.48 when a Wacom tablet is enabled via the Input Devices dialog that scrolling using the mouse wheel (even with a different mouse or via the edge of a trackpad) no longer works?

I can reproduce this with cursor part of wacom3. mouse wheel continue to work when I activate only eraser/stylus. It doesn't work either when I activate something else than core pointer (on my desktop : Logitech USB Mouse or Microsoft comfort cureve keyboard 2000).

I've noticed a similar issue in both 0.47 and 0.48. When my tablet is plugged in (before Inkscape's startup,) my mouse won't work on the canvas area at all.
